This is me, signing off for another year. I don’t expect to post again in 2016. I just want to wish all my clients, contacts and blog readers a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2017 and beyond. It has certainly been a year for changes – in the world and personal.
I finished writing Salmonweird and finally made a start on Dead Lock as explained in this update post from November. I underwent one of the biggest life changes I had ever made when I moved from my town of birth (Swindon) to Cornwall where I am now based and will be spending my first Christmas as a resident.
My blog has gone through several changes this year. I haven’t posted as often – 2-3 times per week instead of 4-6. I’m also focusing on much more professional content (titles such as 7 reasons you need a freelance content writer). I expect this pattern to continue into next year as I juggle fiction writing against my growing body of professional work.
This has been my most successful year for freelancing, and have met many amazing new clients. If you’re one of them and you’re reading this, long may our working relationships continue.
All the best everyone and see you in 2017!
So glad to see your freelance work taking off. Here’s to an even better 2017.🙂
